If you are looking for a baby massage or yoga class where your baby gets  fluffy white towels each week and you get to meet new friends  with coffee and delicious cake then this is for you!

Hannah, who runs Hands on Babies says, “As a relatively new mum I know how important it is to find a class  that really understands and supports the bonding between the parent
and baby and also provides something for Mum and or Dad too. After the  class I encourage parents to stay for as long as they like, to have a  drink eat some delicious cake and have a chat. The Hands on Babies  Baby Massage and Yoga classes provide the ideal opportunity to meet  new friends and share your own personal experience in a friendly  environment.
The style of Yoga that I teach is based on Hatha yoga – the union of  balance of the body and mind and incorporates massage, soft stretching  and gentle movements to make it appropriate for babies, ensuring a fun  and rewarding experience for both the carer and the baby.”

Hands on Babies is accredited by the Royal Collage of Midwives and Hannah is a
fully certified Hands on Baby Massage and Yoga instructor.  If you are a
parent of twins or more then you will only pay for one baby.
